The size of the room was impressive and the view from the balcony was amazing. The facilities were also impressive - there was a gym room and a pool for leisurely activities. The location was also convenient as it was near the city center, and there were restaurants nearby that offered great local cuisine.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor as the staff did not clean the bathrooms and furniture thoroughly. The staff was also unhelpful and unfriendly, making the stay unpleasant. Taxis were hard to find and we had to walk a long way to get one with no assistance from the hotel staff. Furthermore, the WIFI was inconsistent and unreliable, making it difficult to work during the trip. All in all, it was not a pleasant business trip experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is located near Kamala, a beautiful beach with a few seafood restaurants that face the sea. Some apartments have good views, and the decoration is stylish. the room and bathroom are clean and daily cleaning is provided. the tourism office offers discounts for tours to Phi Phi Island.

Getting to the hotel can be a hassle as it is far from the main area and requires a taxi.

The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the city and the sea. The room was spacious, clean and the furniture was comfortable. The rooftop restaurant served amazing food and had a great menu selection. Additionally, the hotel staff was helpful and nice, providing excellent customer service.

The rooms were absolutely huge and left a great first impression, especially when I arrived in the middle of the night. The staff, from the security guards to the cleaners, were all very friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was incredibly convenient, with just a short motorbike ride to the beautiful Patong beach. The top floor pool offered the best view of the island, making it the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine. Plus, there were some amazing little restaurants just across from the hotel, offering delicious seafood and a true Thai dining experience.

The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and accommodating, from the security guard at the entrance to the helpful cleaners. The leisure swimming pool offered a fantastic view of the surroundings, and the garden area added to the hotel's charm. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were also a plus.
